The best way to contact us depending on your enquiry

Depending on what you want to ask us or talk to us about you can call us, send us an email or stop by our office. It is a waste of both your time and ours if you send us an email about an issue that is easiest resolved by coming into our office or if you stop by and are informed that you need send us an email instead.

Below you can see the best way to contact us depending on the type of enquiry you have. As you can see, in most cases you will need to send us an email.

We have 2 email addresses:

1) Contact@housingfoundation.ku.dk (for all non-payment related questions)

2) Finances@housingfoundation.ku.dk (for all payment related questions)

Sending us an email is best if you:

- Have a general enquiry
- Request an invitation to the booking system (remember documentation of your collaboration with UCPH)
- Are staff and wish to terminate your rental contract (see terms)
- Would like to receive the list of private landlords
- If you wish to give others permission to pick up keys on your behalf (send us an email with their name)
- If you need to report a move-in issue after the 14-day online reporting period is over (remember that pictures are still required)
- Want to comment on the result of the inspection of your residence after move-out
- Request an overview of your account
- Need help with payment issues

Calling us is best if you:

- Have a general enquiry
- Experience instant problems with the booking system
- Have an emergency or urgent issue (e.g. no water/heating) in your residence

Showing up in person in our office is best if you:

- Need general advice and guidance on finding accommodation in Copenhagen
- Need help with the booking system/your workflow
- Need configuration assistance with a USB internet stick (if you received it from us)
-  Want to pick up kitchen equipment – you can always stop by within our opening hours
