Housing Options for students

The University of Copenhagen Housing Foundation offers 2 different types of accommodation for students - halls of residence and shared apartments. Furthermore, we offer private housing to both students and staff. Please read the descriptions via the links below. It is important that you give the accommodation type a great deal of consideration so you get to live in an environment that fits you.

In most of the types you live closely with other people and must be to ready co-operate with other students & guests to make the housing environment work smoothly. Please give some thoughts to this issue so you are prepared to participate according to the extent of sharing in the housing type.

When you have familiarized yourself with the options you will be well prepared when selecting accommodation from our online system.

Remember to also read about the residence abbreviations so you know what they stand for, e.g. whether a room is shared or not.

Please note that it is not allowed to sublet the room/residence you rent via the UCPH Housing Foundation - your booked accommodation is for your personal use only!
