Internet support -Telenor Homebox

In this guide you can find information on how you set up your Telenor Internet Homebox and how to contact the provider in case of problems. Please note that you must always contact the Telenor Support Center if you experience problems with your internet connection - the UCPH Housing Foundation does not have an IT department and cannot assist you in this matter.

Setting up a wireless connection

As a point of departure your internet connection will always work with a cable. It is also possible to use the Homebox for a wireless connection by using the network name and password written on the back of router. However, the previous user may have changed or locked wireless access data – in these cases, please refer to this guide. It also tells you how you contact the provider Telenor Support Center in case you need their help to set up the wireless connection.
