Data policy

KU Housing Foundation's data policy

• The KU Housing Foundation collects and stores personal data only for the use of housing international students. The personal data refers to the name, home address, residence in Denmark, bank details, connection to the education center in Copenhagen, but not information of private nature, such as race, religion or anything else.

• The personal data is stored for up to six months after the student has vacated the rented accommodation.

• Personal data is not disclosed to third parties without prior consent of the student.

• When signing a contract, a letter of consent must be signed for the registration of personal data storage.
